Welcome to Fee Finder Inc. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Fee Finder Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the Fee Finder mobile application.


By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.


1. Age Restrictions & Eligibility (2026 Compliance)

In compliance with 2026 digital age-gating laws, you must be at least 18 years old to use Fee Finder. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract. We utilize verified age-rating methods through the App Store and Google Play; accounts identified as belonging to minors will be immediately terminated.


2. CORE DISCLAIMER: Accuracy of Pricing & No Financial Advice

FEE FINDER IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The subscription prices, fees, and "Better Offer Alerts" displayed in the app are estimated based on aggregated, publicly available data and user submissions. Fee Finder does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any pricing information. Actual billing from your third-party service providers (e.g., streaming services, telecom, utilities) may differ due to regional taxes, grandfathered plans, promotional expirations, or unannounced price hikes.


  • Waiver of Liability: Fee Finder is not a financial advisor, broker, or billing agent. You explicitly agree that Fee Finder is not liable for any financial losses, overcharges, billing discrepancies, or decisions made based on the data provided within the app. You must verify all final pricing directly with your service providers.


3. Intellectual Property (IP)

Fee Finder retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the app, including its code, design, branding, algorithms, and original content. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the app for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or distribute any part of the app.


4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the app to:


  • Submit false, misleading, or malicious data regarding service fees.
  • Scrape, data-mine, or extract database information from Fee Finder.
  • Upload harmful code, spam, or engage in toxic conduct in user reviews.
  • Violate any applicable local, provincial, or federal laws.


5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or for any other reason we deem necessary to protect our platform and users.


6. Limitation of Liability ("As Is" Clause)

The app is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fee Finder disclaims all warranties, express or implied. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to data loss resulting from app updates, server downtime, or third-party breaches.


7. App Store "Flow-Down" Terms

If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you acknowledge that:



  • These Terms are concluded between you and Fee Finder, not with Apple Inc. or Google LLC.
  • Apple and Google have no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the app.
  • Apple and Google are not responsible for addressing any claims related to the app, including product liability or consumer protection claims.
